Shane brings nearly 10 years of product experience from iCIMS, where he helped shape and scale one of the most widely used ATS platforms in the enterprise market. His deep understanding of product strategy, workflow design, enterprise requirements, and cross-functional execution will play a key role in guiding Sync2Hire’s product direction.
