As captain of Loyola University Maryland’s lacrosse team, Sync2Hire founder Brian Sherlock learned that winning isn’t just about talent—it’s about alignment. The best teams shared intent, communicated with purpose, and moved as one.

Years later, working in the recruiting industry, Brian noticed hiring teams struggled with that same alignment. Communication was scattered across emails, Slack, spreadsheets, and ATS notes—making collaboration slow, fragmented, and risky. He saw the opportunity to fix it.
