Why Sync2Hire?

Because winning A-Players starts with bringing your A-Game to the hiring process.

The Sync2Hire Story

As captain of Loyola University Maryland’s lacrosse team, Sync2Hire founder Brian Sherlock learned that winning isn’t just about talent—it’s about alignment. The best teams communicate constantly, stay coordinated, and move together toward a shared goal.

Years later, working in the recruiting industry, Brian saw the same principle applied to hiring. Recruiting teams were responsible for coordinating dozens of roles, hundreds of candidates, and multiple stakeholders, yet the conversations needed to keep hiring moving were scattered across Slack, email, texts, and ATS notes.

He saw the opportunity to fix it.

Sync2Hire was built to give recruiting teams a dedicated place to run those conversations. By organizing communication around jobs, hiring stages, and the recruiting team itself, Sync2Hire keeps the ATS focused on structured hiring data while giving teams a workspace to stay aligned and keep hiring moving.

Elite talent stays available before accepting another offer or disengaging.

“Sync2Hire delivers right where it matters.”

“Brian and team have astutely caught onto the fact that a company’s ability to rapidly coordinate communications around the candidate post-application is the difference between securing your top candidate, or losing him or her to your competitors. In a world where speed and first impressions mean so much, Sync2Hire delivers right where it matters.”

“I’m so proud to be a part of the Board of Advisors for Sync2Hire.”

“When I advise a tech start-up, I look for three things: (1) founder(s), (2) the tech, and (3) the market opportunity. The founder, Brian Sherlock, is a winner. He’s competitive and hungry to win. Check. Sync2Hire, the technology is intuitive, integrated, and connected to established workflows. Check. The market opportunity, post-application communications, has never been done well at any company worldwide for any posted job. Check. That’s why I’m so proud to be a part of the Board of Advisors for Sync2Hire.”
